About the role

  • Analyze & review brand/cell performance, competitive dynamics, and category trends
  • Influence brand strategy and growth opportunity recommendations leveraging data
  • Execute annual Marketing plans with excellence, ensuring collaboration
  • Monitor brand expenditures and consult on the budget
  • Conduct post evaluation of activities, extracting insights
  • Develop & track growth levers through flywheel analysis
  • Lead and manage integrated agency teams and ensure tactics measure up to campaign KPIs
  • Consult on SEO content, digital promotional strategy, and Affiliate Marketing planning
  • Directly impact dCom channel growth through paid search and social campaigns
  • Collaborate on brand strategy for AMERICAN HERITAGE Chocolate and execute all campaigns

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications required
  • Minimum 3+ years Marketing work experience required, preferably within CPG industry
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, insights, advertising, best practices
  • Previous brand management and digital marketing experience
  • Strong communication skills (oral, written, listening)
  • Ability to give effective presentations to all levels of management
  • Ability to engage and guide media agency partners
  • Experience creating and evaluating creative content
  • Previous analytic skills
  • Comfortable analyzing data and developing actionable conclusions/recommendations
  • Proficient in managing complex projects/Project management
  • Previous experience in public relations is nice to have
