- Map and analyze the global veterinary ecosystem
- Identify key barriers and enablers to pet health
- Develop and implement a clear partnership strategy
- Design partnership models and frameworks
- Lead the execution of these initiatives globally
- Measure the impact of ecosystem initiatives
- Collaborate closely with regional and local teams
Requirements
- A deep understanding of the veterinary industry
- Preferably a veterinarian or in the healthcare industry
- Strong sales and marketing expertise
- Proven P&L ownership and line management experience
- At least 5 years of international experience
- Strong ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity
- Proven experience in managing complex stakeholder networks with purpose and empathy
