About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the central hub for partnership communications, ensuring timely follow-up with creators, athletes, experts, agencies, and brand partners
- Coordinate campaign timelines, distribute creative briefs, collect deliverables, and manage approval workflows
- Manage partnership contracts, signature collection, document organization, and record keeping
- Maintain accurate partnership databases, trackers, CRM systems, and reporting dashboards
- Track campaign performance, partnership activity, and operational KPIs to support leadership reporting
- Organize partnership assets, communication history, documentation, and campaign records to ensure information is always current and accessible
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and operational processes as the partnerships program continues to scale
Requirements
What you’ll need- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written communication skills and professional email etiquette
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and comfort working with large datasets
- Strong project management and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Self-starter who takes ownership, follows through, and consistently delivers without constant direction
- Comfortable learning new software, systems, and workflows in a fast-paced environment
