About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and execute sales strategy to meet and exceed sales budgets and targets
  • Manage, coach, and actively train Sales Executives and Sales Managers
  • Serve as a full-time TO to close sales for the team daily
  • Coordinate with marketing management to align marketing and sales strategies
  • Provide resources, incentives, and conflict resolution for the sales force
  • Participate in performance management, coaching, recruiting, and selection of the sales workforce
  • Oversee the customer sales experience and respond to customer concerns
  • Build and maintain relationships with the landlord of the gallery location
  • Manage the sales floor, customer tour flow, staffing, and sales force readiness
  • Provide information about vacation ownership, seasonal travel, and financing options
  • Review and approve sale documentation and monitor deals awaiting confirmation or signature
  • Supervise daily operations of the Sales Gallery
  • Conduct daily huddles, sales management meetings, performance reviews, and action planning
  • Monitor performance reports, product inventory, customer satisfaction, sales metrics, and P&Ls
  • Manage guest experience and brand integrity
  • Interview candidates and support recruiting activities
  • Coordinate quarterly business objectives with the Director of Marketing
  • Respond to customer questions, complaints, and escalated issues
  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Contracts
  • Provide real-time coaching and consultation on closing sales
  • Develop and deliver group training, seminars, scripts, and feedback sessions
  • Diagnose underperformance and manage incentive programs
  • Maintain a sales-floor presence during selling sessions
  • Ensure compliance with local sales and marketing regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Proficiency in reading and writing in English at business level
  • Willingness to work in contact with the general public
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Openness to adapting to different cultural contexts based on location
  • Flexibility across shifts as required by business needs
  • Ability to understand and abide by local regulations around sales and marketing activity
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing concepts and strategies
  • Job-specific computer skills, including relevant sales, property, point-of-sale, and HR technology systems
