About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Engaging with hotel guests at desk locations and providing elevated customer service
Scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations
Providing the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals
Ensuring that all guests who attend a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services
Using persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
Welcoming and greeting guests; anticipating and addressing their needs
Interacting with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
Contributing to team goals
Always following company policies and safety procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience
Enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone
Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
Concierge and/or sales experience preferred
Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
