Assist the Sales Manager with the operation of the sales gallery
Schedule Sales Executives to meet customer flow
Review weekly reports and disseminate information to sales team
Generate new business and attract potential owners
Provide resources, coaching, and training on sales techniques
Resolve conflicts and manage team performance
Monitor guest experience and respond to customer concerns

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
Proficiency in English (additional language required for certain positions)
Active professional Real Estate License where mandated by law
Willing to begin work early in the morning (e.g., 7:15am)
Willing to work at night (occasionally)
Willing to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs
