About the role
- Make outbound calls to international members primarily, as well as other markets as needed.
- Renew and extend membership for existing members, upgrade memberships to premium status.
- Reinstate members whose memberships have lapsed and present membership to non-existing members.
- Drive sales of ancillary travel products and services.
- Educate members on how to make best use of membership and exchange benefits.
- Resolve customer objections and upselling as appropriate.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout these processes.
- Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. Equivalent preferred but not required.
- Two years of sales experience required.
- Minimum of one year of experience in Exchange, Customer Relations, or equivalent Company call center experience.
- Proficiency in English (additional language required for certain positions).
