About the role

  • Make outbound calls to international members primarily, as well as other markets as needed.
  • Renew and extend membership for existing members, upgrade memberships to premium status, reinstate members whose memberships have lapsed and present membership to non-existing members.
  • Drive sales of ancillary travel products and services.
  • Educate members on how to make best use of membership and exchange benefits.
  • Resolve customer objections and upselling as appropriate.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout these processes.
  • Maintain high standards and provide the best service.

Requirements

  • Physical Ability — Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
  • Maintain availability to work a fluctuating schedule, based on business needs, which may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. Equivalent preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in English (additional language required for certain positions).
  • Two years of sales experience required.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in Exchange, Customer Relations, or equivalent Company call center experience.
