About the role
- Communicates via telephone calls (Outbound and potential inbound calls) with potential owners to reserve dates for preview package sales/tours
- Explaining the opportunities available and answering questions
- Explain details and requirements related to attending a sales presentation to potential owners
- Verify that individuals meet eligibility requirements
- Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours
- Answer guest questions about property facilities/services
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- Contribute to team goals
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information
- Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Must live in Orlando, FL within 50 miles of office
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
- Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
- Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 10lbs without assistance
- Must possess the ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehension.
