About the role
- Assist in providing Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories.
- Communicate via telephone calls with customers and potential owners to sell preview package sales/tours.
- Verify eligibility for preview package sales/tours prior to scheduling a tour for an HVC property.
- Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours.
- Explain details and requirements related to attending a sales presentation to potential owners.
- Check the availability of accommodations and dates.
Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
- Must possess the ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehension.
- Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
