Loss Prevention – Overnight

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Patrol all areas of the property and assist guests with room access
- Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions, perimeter alarm systems, duress alarms, and fire life safety systems
- Lock property entrances when required
- Conduct daily physical hazard inspections
- Respond to accidents, contact EMS, or administer first aid/CPR as required
- Assist guests/employees during emergencies and complete incident reports
- Resolve safety hazard situations
- Report interruptions, complaints and escort unwelcome persons from the property
- Conduct interviews with relevant parties and maintain confidentiality
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be able to patrol all areas of the property
- Assist guests with room access
- Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions, perimeter alarm systems, and fire life safety systems
- Lock property entrances when required
- Conduct daily physical hazard inspections
- Respond to accidents and administer first aid/CPR as required
- Assist guests/employees during emergencies
- Report to scenes of vehicle accidents/thefts
- Complete a Loss Prevention shift summary/daily activity report
- Maintain confidentiality of Security/Loss Prevention and property reports/documents
- Conduct investigations and gather evidence
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Maintain professional uniform and personal appearance
