About the role
- Patrol all areas of the property and assist guests
- Lock property entrances when required
- Defuse guest/employee disturbances
- Report vehicle accidents/thefts
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests
Requirements
- Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions and security systems
- Conduct daily physical hazard inspections
- Assist guests with room access
- Respond to accidents, contact EMS, or administer first aid/CPR
- Complete incident reports and handle complaints
- Maintain confidentiality of all Security/Loss Prevention reports
