About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process quality leads
- Follow up on inbound email and telephone inquiries
- Actively source new sales opportunities through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
- Assess or create opportunities for NB's Products
- Qualify the prospect and systematically introduce Sales to engage further
- Conduct research on market trends and competitors
- Develop in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits
- Update the CRM system regularly
- Utilize virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 to 6 years of experience
- Proven track record in call handling both incoming & outgoing
- Must have SaaS experience
- Knowledge and experience of Northam and EMEA Market segment
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Expertise of working in Salesforce.com ( must)
