About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process quality leads
  • Follow up on inbound email and telephone inquiries
  • Actively source new sales opportunities through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
  • Assess or create opportunities for NB's Products
  • Qualify the prospect and systematically introduce Sales to engage further
  • Conduct research on market trends and competitors
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits
  • Update the CRM system regularly
  • Utilize virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 to 6 years of experience
  • Proven track record in call handling both incoming & outgoing
  • Must have SaaS experience
  • Knowledge and experience of Northam and EMEA Market segment
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Expertise of working in Salesforce.com ( must)
