• Own day-to-day ecommerce performance and lead the overall site roadmap, ensuring smooth execution of launches, campaigns, and site enhancements
• Serve as the end-to-end site owner across homepage, navigation, PLPs, PDPs, cart, and checkout, managing execution, site health, and analytics
• Lead Shopify readiness for all product launches, including product setup, asset uploads, merchandising, and QA to ensure brand alignment and accuracy
• Coordinate with production partners on drop assortment and manage order flow from Shopify to internal systems (e.g., NetSuite)
• Own and monitor core ecommerce KPIs, including site traffic, conversion rate, AOV, UPT, cart/checkout rates
• Manage ecommerce analytics and reporting; translate data into actionable insights for executive leadership and cross-functional partners
• Build and execute site enhancement roadmap (A/B testing, PDP templates, cart improvements, product upsells, etc.), developing business cases, defining success metrics, and analyzing results post-launch
• Own site health, QA processes, and issue prioritization to ensure stability and performance
• Ensure flawless site execution for all drops, promotions, and campaigns in collaboration with marketing and operations
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure onsite messaging is accurate, timely, and aligned with brand/marketing
• Own day-to-day execution and performance of email and SMS marketing campaigns in partnership with the creative marketing team
• Manage email and SMS calendar, segmentation, implementation, QA, deployment, and optimization
• Develop and optimize lifecycle flows (abandoned cart, browse abandonment, drop announcements, post-purchase, win-back, etc.) to drive repeat purchase and retention
• Analyze retention performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve engagement, conversion, and revenue
• Drive A/B testing across email and SMS, including design, KPI definition, implementation, and performance analysis
• Continuously optimize subject lines, creative, messaging, audience segmentation, and send timing to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion.

eCommerce and Lifecycle Manager

Marketing

• Execute marketing campaigns that support broader brand strategies, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.
• Manage day-to-day project timelines, ensuring marketing initiatives move forward smoothly from concept to execution across digital, PR, sales and creative functions.
• Coordinate the development and organization of brand and marketing collateral and seasonal launch decks via Canva, aggregating key assets and maintaining an up-to-date Brand Toolbox for internal and external use.
• Collaborate across departments to streamline communication and improve the efficiency of campaign execution, serving as a connector between marketing and other business functions.
• Facilitate the delivery of marketing materials, campaign toolkits and brand guidelines to all necessary stakeholders, ensuring consistency and clarity.
• Contribute ideas to support marketing and social media efforts with an integrated marketing mindset, ensuring concepts align with broader campaigns and brand objectives.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail in all marketing touchpoints, helping to reinforce the brand’s visual and messaging integrity.
• Own project management from start to finish for events and retail partnerships.

Marketing Manager

Art Director

• The Art Director is responsible for driving the creative development of key consumer brands.
• This role partners closely with Marketing, Brand, and Business Development to translate brand strategy into compelling, culturally relevant creative assets that drive brand heat and deliver commercial impact across all relevant platforms.
• Create and maintain the visual direction for key brands.
• Spearhead the development of all Brand creative for designated brands.
• Preserve brand standards, ensure consistent application across all brands, marketing, packaging, trade and consumer-facing assets.
• Serve as the point of contact on all brand development, visual execution and brand presentations.
• Drive the development and timely delivery of all Brand materials and collateral including Brand Book, Brand, Packaging, Retail and design Guidelines and all Brand materials that require creative development.
• Lead creative direction and production for brand and seasonal campaigns, PR/editorial assets for use across all relevant channels: in-store, online, ecomm, social media, out-of-home, events etc.
• Develop creative concepts that align with brand strategy, business needs, athlete related content and culturally relevant storytelling.
• Direct photo and video shoots, including casting, locations, and overall visual tone.
• Oversee execution across photography, video, motion, graphic design, and digital assets.
• Manage internal creative resources and external partners, agencies and freelancers.
• Ensure all creative deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budget expectations.
• Partner cross-functionally with Integrated MB teams: Marketing, PR, Social and Digital Media, Corporate Communications, Data & Insights, Brand, Marketplace and Business Development teams.
• Liaise with Brand partners (licensees), develop clear and regular lines of communication that enhance the Brand Management model.
• Translate business objectives into compelling visual storytelling.
• Mentor designers and contribute to a high-performance, creatively driven team culture.
• Stay informed on cultural events, active and outdoor trends, action and mainstream sports, youth movements.
