  • Drive technical sales of high purity water treatment solutions across industrial and corporate accounts
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for corporate accounts and prospects
  • Implement sales growth initiatives to meet or exceed performance goals
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline process
  • Deliver Graver Technologies’ value proposition and ensure the customer service experience
  • Secure major business deals by leveraging partnerships at corporate and local level
  • Develop and expand existing and new corporate accounts in power generation and other business segments
  • Forecast new business generation and communicate timely to business function groups
  • Build key relationships with customers and prospects at multiple organizational levels
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
  • Provide insight regarding the competitive landscape and market trends
  • Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout product lines, promotional materials, and events
  • Represent the company at trade association meetings and events to promote Graver Technologies’ programs and solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or chemistry, etc.
  • Demonstrated large account management success in the selected industry with executive-level relationship sales experience
  • At least 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the chemical, power generation (nuclear/fossil), or petrochemical industry
  • Knowledge of high purity industrial water treatment processes, ideally in ion exchange
  • Enterprise selling
  • Business and financial acumen
  • Communication proficiency and presentation skills
  • Customer service focus
  • Problem solving/analysis and technical capacity
  • Results-driven and strategic thinking
  • 50% overnight travel required
