About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Assess leads to ensure they are a good fit for the company’s products or services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and highlight key features and benefits tailored to each prospect.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, addressing inquires and providing solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of inside sales or business development roles.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making.
  • Advanced customer service, problem solving, and relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Target-driven, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
