About the role

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or account management experience, preferably in steel, metals, industrial distribution, or manufacturing.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP/CRM systems.
