About the role

  • Support ongoing market intelligence gathering using sources such as IBISWorld, Dodge Construction Network, industry reports, analyst insights, market studies, digital searches, and field intelligence
  • Assist in exploring the use of AI and custom GPT tools to help automate the collection and organization of market data
  • Help prepare market intelligence reports and summaries for different audiences, including internal teams, executive leadership, and customers
  • Tailor research findings into clear, concise reporting content based on the intended audience
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of recurring reports, dashboards, and insight summaries
  • Support special market research projects as needed
  • Organize and maintain research files, data sources, and documentation
  • Collaborate with team members across marketing, strategy, and business leadership
  • Participate in meetings and contribute ideas related to market trends, competitive activity, and business opportunities

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Interest in entrepreneurship, manufacturing, market research, or business strategy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and research findings
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team
  • Exposure to AI tools, ChatGPT, or digital research tools is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) preferred
