About the role
- Responsible for driving sales growth and managing relationships within your assigned territory
- Take ownership of the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with territory goals
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth
- Create and manage sales plans, forecasts, and budgets
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide accurate sales reporting
- Lead the full sales process: quoting, product demos, negotiations, and closing deals
- Build and strengthen relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide post-sale support
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, etc.) to drive customer satisfaction
- Report on performance metrics and contribute insights to senior leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years of successful sales experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial markets
- Proven ability to manage a territory and consistently meet or exceed targets
- Strong CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
- Skilled in forecasting, pipeline management, and consultative sales techniques
- Ability to analyze data and market insights to inform strategy
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
