About the role

  • Responsible for driving sales growth and managing relationships within your assigned territory
  • Take ownership of the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with territory goals

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial markets
  • Proven ability to manage a territory and consistently meet or exceed targets
  • Strong CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
  • Skilled in forecasting, pipeline management, and consultative sales techniques
  • Ability to analyze data and market insights to inform strategy
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
