About the role

  • Provide oversight and strategic direction for the assigned regional sales organization
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards excellence
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving growth
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools a plus
  • Experience in wire and cable is highly desirable
