About the role

Install and service Kitchensafe systems to the highest standards.
Carry out fault finding, diagnostics, and remedial work on Kitchensafe systems.
Participate in a 1-in-4 call-out rota, ensuring prompt and reliable service.
Liaise professionally with on-site concierge teams and management during works to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction.
Accurately record all work completed using the PDA system.
Be comfortable with long-distance travel across the UK, with flexibility to stay away from home where required.

Background knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems is advantageous but not essential.
Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail when carrying out installations and servicing.
Brings passion, energy, drive, and enthusiasm to the role.
Possesses a structured and methodical approach to work.
Strong ability to multi-task and manage workloads effectively to meet strict deadlines.
Excellent customer-facing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
