About the role

  • Make introductory calls and send emails to leads, including care managers and community coordinators.
  • Follow up with potential partners to introduce and discuss the Marley Spoon Support at Home offering.
  • Maintain and update our partner outreach tracker and contact databases to keep everything accurate and moving.
  • Support the team in identifying and engaging community "hot spots" to drive program growth.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills — you're confident making outbound calls and writing clear, friendly emails.
  • Strong English proficiency; native or near-native speaker preferred to engage effectively with Australian care providers.
  • Highly organised with a knack for process — you can follow established workflows and keep records tidy.
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude — you take initiative and follow through without needing to be chased.
  • Previous experience in admin, customer service, outreach, or a healthcare/aged care setting is a bonus — but not essential.
