About the role

  • Conduct comprehensive testing of SNOW applications and workflows to identify, document, and escalate bugs and issues across all SNOW modules and functionalities
  • Develop and execute automated testing scripts for SNOW platforms, ensuring consistent performance and minimizing manual testing cycles
  • Validate SNOW design and development solutions, ensuring workflows adhere to specified requirements and align with organizational best practices
  • Define and refine testing procedures, approaches, and best practices to optimize testing processes and improve reliability and functionality of workflows
  • Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to confirm issue resolution and retest systems to ensure fixes are implemented effectively
  • Track and report test results, providing metrics and insights directly to leadership to guide improvements and upgrades to the SNOW platform
  • Work closely with contractors on multiple contracts and across teams to ensure seamless testing integration for interconnected systems and workflows
  • Participate in technical exchange meetings, reviews, and design workshops to ensure testing aligns with program objectives and stakeholder expectations
  • Build relationships with cross-functional teams, administrators, and leadership to ensure transparency, communication, and efficient testing processes

Requirements

  • An Active TS/SCI with a CI Polygraph is required
  • 13+ years of professional experience, with demonstrated expertise in testing SNOW applications and workflows
  • Strong experience with automated testing tools and methodologies, particularly for SNOW platforms
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with attention to detail when identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects
  • Interpersonal & Teamwork Skills: Ability to collaborate across contracting teams, fostering cohesion while contributing to the success of parallel initiatives
  • Adept at explaining complex testing procedures and results to non-technical stakeholders and leadership
  • A proactive communicator who can anticipate challenges and navigate dynamic workflows across multiple teams
