Conduct comprehensive testing of SNOW applications and workflows to identify, document, and escalate bugs and issues across all SNOW modules and functionalities
Develop and execute automated testing scripts for SNOW platforms, ensuring consistent performance and minimizing manual testing cycles
Validate SNOW design and development solutions, ensuring workflows adhere to specified requirements and align with organizational best practices
Define and refine testing procedures, approaches, and best practices to optimize testing processes and improve reliability and functionality of workflows
Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to confirm issue resolution and retest systems to ensure fixes are implemented effectively
Track and report test results, providing metrics and insights directly to leadership to guide improvements and upgrades to the SNOW platform
Work closely with contractors on multiple contracts and across teams to ensure seamless testing integration for interconnected systems and workflows
Participate in technical exchange meetings, reviews, and design workshops to ensure testing aligns with program objectives and stakeholder expectations
Build relationships with cross-functional teams, administrators, and leadership to ensure transparency, communication, and efficient testing processes

Requirements

An Active TS/SCI with a CI Polygraph is required
13+ years of professional experience, with demonstrated expertise in testing SNOW applications and workflows
Strong experience with automated testing tools and methodologies, particularly for SNOW platforms
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with attention to detail when identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects
Interpersonal & Teamwork Skills: Ability to collaborate across contracting teams, fostering cohesion while contributing to the success of parallel initiatives
Adept at explaining complex testing procedures and results to non-technical stakeholders and leadership
A proactive communicator who can anticipate challenges and navigate dynamic workflows across multiple teams
