Key responsibilities & impact

Create sales-qualified opportunities by engaging with prospects and showcasing how MailChimp can transform their business
Source opportunities from Inbound lead sources
Qualify and handover sales ready opportunities to Account Executives
Create lasting and beneficial relationships with Mailchimp stakeholders
Adherence to daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
Engage with prospective customers by phone, email & LinkedIn
Achieve established sales goals and objectives
Serve as a product and service advocate for the client, building interest and awareness of the client’s value proposition and assessing mutual fit
Learn quickly and maintain current, comprehensive knowledge of clients’ products and services

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent English and Spanish speaker
Strong desire for a career in sales
1+ years of experience in a B2B sales role preferred
High confidence and ability to quickly build trust within the first call, with strong soft skills to drive impact on the spot
Exceptional listening skills combined with the ability to synthesize information
Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
High attention to details and follow-through
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salesforce experience preferred but not essential
Constantly strives to improve, proactively seeking coaching and guidance from peers and managers
Highly collaborative and highly organized individual
Ability to work to deadlines
