About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage incoming calls and emails from existing or new customers.
Gather necessary information while determining the nature of their requirement.
Resolve queries through necessary content or redirect inbound requests to the necessary team.
Effectively route leads or calls to the appropriate department or team based on the nature of the inquiry or request.
Ability to identify potential sales opportunities and route to the sales team.
