About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage incoming calls and emails from existing or new customers.
- Gather necessary information while determining the nature of their requirement.
- Resolve queries through necessary content or redirect inbound requests to the necessary team.
- Effectively route leads or calls to the appropriate department or team based on the nature of the inquiry or request.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns with courtesy, patience, and a customer-centric approach.
- Provide follow-up if needed to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Perform data entry and administration duties when required.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth transitions and follow-up.
Requirements
