About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be the primary point of contact for client stakeholders associated with the accounts that your team supports
- Own a territory quota consisting of customer retention and growth metrics
- Develop and deliver weekly and monthly business reviews focused on team sales performance
- Manage a downline of 4-8 reps consisting of account managers and SDRs
- Execute effective sales coaching with reps weekly to enhance individual growth
- Provide communication and insights to the Program Manager and Director regarding activities and trends across the customer base
- Identify and make recommendations for process development, improvement, and application
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in sales leadership, including managing a direct downline
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Salesforce and other sales prospecting tools
- The desire and ability to learn on the fly, think creatively, and maintain urgency
- Ability to read and apply reporting to daily decisions
- Excellent time management skills, with proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with a variety of personalities and customers
