About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a focused set of Owl Labs’ most strategic channel partners
- Identify barriers to partner productivity and engagement and develop remediation plans
- Deliver in-person sales and technical enablement that improves partner readiness
- Help partner sellers understand how to position solutions effectively
- Align partner capabilities with Owl Labs initiatives and expectations
- Develop, execute, and drive joint quarterly business plans and reviews
- Capture executive buy-in across partner organizations
- Organize and accelerate partner-led pipeline creation
- Proactively surface stalled opportunities and execution gaps
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in channel sales, partner account management, or indirect sales
- Fluency in both French and English, both written and verbal is required; proficiency in Québécois is preferred
- Ability to manage senior partner stakeholders and influence executive decision-makers
- Demonstrated success building and executing joint business plans with measurable outcomes
- Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and sales execution discipline
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate data and insights into action
- Comfort using CRM systems and modern tools, including AI
- A proactive, self-starting, and adaptable approach
- A collaborative, no-ego communication style with a trusted-advisor mindset
- Experience in UC, collaboration hardware, AV, or SaaS is preferred
- Travel as needed to support partner relationships and in-person enablement, with expected travel of 20-30%
