About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage client relationships as a day to day primary point of contact;
- Deliver business reviews, program updates, and recommendations to stakeholders, including executive audiences.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of channel sellers through daily performance management, weekly 1:1s, training, and individualized development plans.
- Build a high-performance culture with strong accountability, motivation, execution discipline, and effective staffing, retention, and performance management practices.
- Drive team revenue, pipeline, activity, and quota attainment while maintaining clear visibility into performance drivers and improvement opportunities.
- Oversee the full sales process from prospecting to close, including pipeline inspection, forecasting accuracy, CRM discipline, and consistent sales execution.
- Translate channel strategy into actionable execution plans that strengthen partner engagement, opportunity influence, pipeline creation, and program growth.
- Build repeatable sales and operational processes, reporting rhythms, and performance dashboards to support a scalable channel sales organization.
- Oversee program operations, budgets, billing, invoice accuracy, incentive plans, and cross-functional collaboration to meet business goals, timelines, and margin expectations.
- Use data to identify risks, uncover opportunities, adapt strategy to market and client needs, and continuously improve team and program performance.
- Identify and drive strategic initiatives to scale the program, including expanding team size, improving market penetration, and adapting to client and market needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven track record of success in a sales environment, including experience leading individual contributors and/or leaders.
- Experience managing client or stakeholder relationships and developing and presenting business reviews in live or virtual settings.
- A track record of goal attainment in a sales role or as a sales leader across office, hybrid, or virtual teams.
- Experience using data, reporting, forecasting, CRM, and sales acceleration tools to drive performance and decision-making.
- Demonstrated success teaching and coaching a sales process, improving the performance of others, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve business outcomes.
- Strong communication, project management, organization, and budget management skills, including experience tied to P&L or business expenses.
- A growth mindset and the ability to continue developing professional and personal capability.
- Preferred: experience launching or scaling a new sales team and managing client-facing programs.
- Preferred: background in technology or B2B channel sales and experience building playbooks and operational frameworks.
