About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through a variety of channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings or calls between potential clients and our sales team
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our client’s products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to prospects
  • Follow a structured sales process to ensure consistent and efficient lead management
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge
  • Engage with prospects to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions
  • Track and analyze key metrics to measure the success of outreach campaigns and improve performance
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to deal closure
  • Other applicable duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in a competitive sales environment; Digital Ads, SaaS, or B2B sales experience preferred
  • Demonstrated sales skills, including the ability to engage and persuade potential clients
  • A strong willingness to be coached and developed, with a commitment to continuous learning
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • A process-oriented mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic understanding of analytics and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
