Sales Development Representative – Ads Sales

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively reach out to potential clients through a variety of channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media
- Qualify leads and set up meetings or calls between potential clients and our sales team
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our client’s products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to prospects
- Follow a structured sales process to ensure consistent and efficient lead management
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system
- Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge
- Engage with prospects to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions
- Track and analyze key metrics to measure the success of outreach campaigns and improve performance
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to deal closure
- Other applicable duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in a competitive sales environment; Digital Ads, SaaS, or B2B sales experience preferred
- Demonstrated sales skills, including the ability to engage and persuade potential clients
- A strong willingness to be coached and developed, with a commitment to continuous learning
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- A process-oriented mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of analytics and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
