About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing agency clients
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis and present tailored solutions to clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients
  • Follow best practices for setting up campaigns, including recommended flight durations, budget allocations, and creative strategies
  • Adhere to advertising policies and guidelines, especially when working with sensitive verticals
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong results orientation with a drive to achieve and exceed targets
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in sales skills and the ability to persuade and influence clients
  • Basic understanding of technology and familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • High level of motivation and a proactive approach to work
