About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Be a strategic partner with Client Services managers, in generating and maintaining strong financial practices
Work with all levels of management to provide creative new ideas regarding client pricing, rep compensation plans, and improved processes
Perform a variety of finance and accounting duties, including creation of accurate financial statements, journal entries, reconciliations
Oversee billing and compensation of reps on major contracts
Train and update internal managers on financial principles
Keep management well informed of actual expenses versus budget
Make suggestions regarding process improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

B. S. in Accounting or Finance
Four or more years of related finance/accounting experience
Experience with Workday GL and Adaptive encouraged, but can be trained
Advanced knowledge of computer applications, specifically Microsoft Excel/Word/PPT
Knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements
Understanding of General Ledger accounting
Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in high pressure situations
Attention to detail
