Global SMB Project Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the rollout of new initiatives and collaborate with leadership to drive engagement across dashboards, specifically regarding Task Prioritization and Agency Graduation tools.
- Conduct recurring audits of sales motions—including Pipeline health, Lead Drop rules, and Meeting Data—to identify optimization opportunities and maintain high compliance standards.
- Manage recurring technical tasks, such as monthly updates to automation triggers and the administration of Grouper requests.
- Serve as the central point of contact for Ad Policy and NDA-related ticketing, ensuring feedback consistency and workflow efficiency.
- Resolve technical or procedural bottlenecks with clear resolution paths (e.g., Chili Piper or Gong automations) and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in project management or sales operations, ideally within an SMB-focused environment.
- Hands-on experience with sales enablement and CRM tools, specifically Gong, Chili Piper, and data dashboards.
- Strong ability to perform detailed audits, identify data discrepancies, and propose actionable solutions.
- Ability to interface effectively with cross-functional leaders and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Skilled at following established troubleshooting frameworks and effectively flagging systemic issues to the appropriate Points of Contact (POCs).
