About the role
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and present tailored solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Follow best practices for setting up campaigns, including recommended flight durations, budget allocations, and creative strategies.
- Adhere to advertising policies and guidelines, especially when working with sensitive verticals.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong results orientation with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in sales skills and the ability to persuade and influence clients.
- Basic understanding of technology and familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
