About the role

  • Successfully drive your teams to meet and exceed sales quotas and client expectations
  • Leverage data and analytics to monitor and drive your team’s performance, identify achievements as well as areas of focus
  • Hold regular team meetings/huddles to ensure alignment of team performance and goals
  • Identify best practices and makes recommendations to senior leadership to improve team and program performance and identify potential areas for growth
  • Help identify sales trends and customer feedback to improve client products and processes
  • Support the sales team by ensuring that all internal systems and tools (expense reporting, time card, etc.) are up to date

Requirements

  • Direct and B2B sales experience required, leadership experience preferred
  • Must be competitive and be willing to drive, push and exceed goals
  • 2 or more years of management/supervisory experience or equivalent in a telesales environment
  • Superior communication and writing skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM a plus
  • Solid understanding of cloud-based technology and tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Results-oriented with the ability to motivate others and drive performance
  • Must have an adaptive management style and the ability to work at micro and macro levels
  • Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional; able to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment
