About the role
- Understand merchant business and suggest best advertisement solutions
- Manage clients and specific campaigns for merchants
- Offer assistance and solutions that will result in increased sales and customer satisfaction
- Understand the customers’ situation and provide the best possible resolution from the available ads and promos
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Educate customers on the benefits of running ads and promotion, resulting in maximum revenue from each client.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyzing data, and proactively identifying optimization opportunities through performance dashboards.
- Drive sales through proactive outreach (calls & emails)
Requirements
- Arabic language - C1/C2/native
- English language - C1/C2/native
- 2-4 years of overall relevant experience
- Degree in Business Operations / Business Administration / Business Communication / Computer Science
- Experience with Ad agencies, Pre-Sales experience, cold calling or outbound sales.
- Skilled using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) or G Suite (Sheets, Docs, and Slides)
- Analytical mindset and decision-making attitude
- Team work and collaboration; constructive communication
