About the role
- Lead comprehensive sales training programs for new hires and existing sales staff
- Develop and update sales training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions both in person and virtually.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs and develop tailored training solutions.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Stay up to date with the latest sales techniques, tools, and industry trends to ensure training content is current and relevant
Requirements
- Established background with related work experience in a sales environment (Learning Development, Sales Enablement, Inside/Outside Sales)
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes and methodologies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with the proven ability to multi-task and operate successfully under tight deadlines and time pressure.
- Certification or proven experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role preferred.
