About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Account Executives through discovery and technical validation
  • Assist in delivering tailored product demonstrations
  • Help articulate technical capabilities and business value
  • Contribute to solution design aligned to customer needs
  • Support Proof of Concepts (POCs) and technical validation
  • Assist with RFP responses and technical documentation
  • Gather and share customer requirements and feedback
  • Support communication between customers and Product/Engineering
  • Work closely with Delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, or integrations
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical concepts
  • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a Solutions Engineering career path
