About the role
- Deliver end-to-end seller onboarding and activation
- Seller enablement, workshops and communication
- Support sellers with platform setup and catalogue onboarding
- Manage onboarding workflows and tasks within SLA
- Maintain product data accuracy and marketplace compliance
- Act as the primary operational contact during onboarding, working alongside Customer Success
- Identify risks or delays and drive resolution, troubleshooting
Requirements
- Experience in marketplace, eCommerce, SaaS operations, or onboarding roles
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail (attention to detail is critical!)
- Confident working with spreadsheets, CSV uploads, and workflow tools
- Clear communicator who keeps stakeholders aligned
- Proactive and accountable in managing multiple workstreams
