About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver end-to-end seller onboarding and activation
Seller enablement, workshops and communication
Support sellers with platform setup and catalogue onboarding
Manage onboarding workflows and tasks within SLA
Maintain product data accuracy and marketplace compliance
Act as the primary operational contact during onboarding, working alongside Customer Success
Identify risks or delays and drive resolution, troubleshooting

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in marketplace, eCommerce, SaaS operations, or onboarding roles
Highly organised with strong attention to detail (attention to detail is critical!)
Confident working with spreadsheets, CSV uploads, and workflow tools
Clear communicator who keeps stakeholders aligned
Proactive and accountable in managing multiple workstreams
