About the role
- Own the month-end close and financial reporting process
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance across all financial data
- Manage audits and statutory obligations
- Manage tax compliance globally
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Build and maintain financial models and scenarios
- Track performance and highlight risks and opportunities
- Partner with senior leaders to provide commercial insights
- Support decision-making across pricing, investment, and cost management
- Translate complex financial data into clear recommendations
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations
- Drive process improvements and system enhancements
- Build scalable processes to support growth
- Lead and develop the finance team
- Create a high-performing, accountable finance function
Requirements
- 5–8+ years’ experience in finance, accounting, or commercial finance
- CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or high-growth environments
- Strong financial reporting and control experience
- Proven ability to partner with stakeholders and influence decisions
- Excellent communication and ability to simplify complex data.
