About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Translate the founders direction into clear creative briefs
  • Work with the creative coordinator and freelancers to ensure output matches requirements
  • Review and QA all creative before it goes live
  • Provide feedback and iterate quickly
  • Ensure creative aligns with performance goals, competitor benchmarks, and proven ad formats
  • Monitor account performance across Meta Ad, landing page, and key funnel metrics
  • Understand what is working, what is not working, and where issues may exist
  • Surface insights clearly to the founder what’s off, why it might be off, and what has been tried
  • Support a simple operating rhythm if performance is good → explain why, and if performance is off → identify issue and next steps
  • Work closely with the media buyer
  • Ensure campaigns are being set up and managed correctly
  • Review outputs and flag issues
  • Ensure creative is being tested properly
  • Own execution across 3–5 client accounts
  • Ensure all tasks are clearly defined, assigned, and completed on time
  • Manage workflows in tools such as Trello / Slack
  • Follow up on blockers and missed actions
  • Provide structured weekly updates to the founder
  • Prepare inputs for client calls
  • Maintain clear visibility on account status, performance, and next steps
  • Support ad copy creation on writing hooks, generating variations, and iterating based on performance
  • Use AI tools to accelerate output
  • Refine outputs to ensure they are usable and high quality

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–4 years experience in a digital agency
  • Exposure to ecommerce / DTC accounts
  • Hands-on experience with Meta campaigns, creative testing, and performance reporting
  • Strong operator mindset (gets things done)
  • Comfortable working in the weeds
  • Able to recognise what good vs bad looks like
  • Able to spot issues early
  • Able to follow through on execution
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and accountable
