About the role
- Build and maintain a monthly content calendar covering all locations (promos, holidays, events; capture lists and posting slots)
- Ideate short-form post ideas showcasing food, service, and atmosphere
- Capture or coordinate iPhone footage with teams and edit short-form videos using CapCut/Splice
- Publish and engage primarily on Instagram and repost to TikTok when appropriate
- Keep an organised asset library and track approvals, schedules, and location needs
- Check in with each location monthly to capture updates and priorities and serve as a proactive point of contact
- Work closely with the creative team to lead fresh content ideas and grow the global hospitality brand
- Aim for fast-turnaround templates and consistent cadence of short-form outputs; deliver first 90-day wins
Requirements
- Confident ideating and editing short-form video for hospitality (iPhone capture + quick, clean edits)
- Comfortable in CapCut/Splice (or similar) and posting on Instagram; open to cautious TikTok use
- Friendly communicator who enjoys coordinating with multiple location teams and keeping calendars/admin tidy
- Happy to focus on execution and incremental improvements (vs. major strategic overhaul on day one)
- Hospitality interest/experience is a plus
