Build and optimize multi-channel, full-funnel marketing systems
Identify and implement AI-driven optimizations and automations to increase output quality and efficiency
Lead performance strategy focused on ROAS, CAC, LTV, CPL, and conversion rate uplift

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven direct-response background, strong buyer psychology understanding, near-native English, fast and strategic writing ability.
3+ years building funnels, strong Framer proficiency (core requirement), tracking implementation ability, conversion-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva. Strong fundamentals in layout, typography, color theory. Portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility.
5–8+ years with large budgets, expert-level analytics and attribution knowledge, multi-platform campaign experience.
Several years in video editing, Premiere Pro/After Effects/DaVinci mastery, strong portfolio, experience with performance-oriented video.
