About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end project execution, including internal and external stakeholder management
  • Lead client meetings to present consulting deliverables
  • Develop and execute project plans within defined scope and timeframe
  • Deliver recommendations through routes-to-market and strategic assessments
  • Design future-state sales and partner strategies
  • Develop sales coverage models, job roles, and commercial organization structures
  • Integrate go-to-market strategy through people, process, and technology
  • Design modern marketing strategies including audience segmentation, value propositions, demand-generation recommendations, and lifecycle engagement approaches
  • Build marketing performance frameworks, KPIs, and operating models to optimize spend, improve ROI, and strengthen marketing’s contribution to revenue
  • Create financial models to support recommendations
  • Develop go-to-market solutions across B2B channel strategy, B2B sales strategy and operations, and marketing strategy and operations
  • Serve as the primary point person for engagement delivery, managing timelines, workstreams, deliverables, team members, and clients
  • Develop and test hypotheses, research, craft solutions, and present findings to clients
  • Build consensus through fact-based narratives
  • Manage analyst- and consultant-level resources on project engagements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Prior management consulting experience required
  • Extensive business experience in customer-facing functions such as sales, customer success, or channel partnerships
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; MBA or master’s degree preferred
  • 3–4 years of consulting experience
  • Experience leading engagements for large, complex organizations such as Fortune 500 companies
  • Ability to contribute across the project lifecycle, from hypothesis development through final presentation of deliverables
  • Leadership and ownership of multiple specific workstreams
  • Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders while supporting projects end-to-end
  • Strong foundation in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with project collaboration tools such as Monday.com
  • Eligibility to work in the United States or Canada without visa sponsorship
  • Ability to work EST hours preferred for the ideal candidate
