Who We're Looking For The VP, Corporate Marketing is a senior role responsible for defining and leading how Marketbridge shows up in the market—our brand, thought leadership, and demand engine.
Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Lead Marketbridge’s brand and market narrative, partnering with the CEO, CRO, and SLT to shape positioning and go-to-market strategy.
Brand & Positioning Build Marketbridge into a recognized category leader, promoting thought leadership across priority verticals and solutions and increasing brand awareness and authority in market through paid, earned, owned, event and other tactics.
Demand Generation Direct integrated solution and service line campaigns, ABM initiatives, and C-suite event strategies in partnership with Sales.
Marketing Operations Oversee Martech and integrations, partnering with VP of Sales Operations (Hubspot, SFDC, Zoominfo, etc.) Lead performance management through actionable reporting, insights and attribution to measure and optimize marketing’s impact.
Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach and mentor a high-performing corporate marketing team capable of scaling with Marketbridge’s growth.
Requirements
- 15+ years in B2B marketing with increasing leadership responsibility, ideally spanning both strategy and execution.
7–10 years in senior leadership roles (e.g., Senior Director, VP, Head of Marketing) with direct responsibility for corporate brand, demand generation, and marketing operations.
Proven track record in B2B services or complex sales environments (e.g., consulting, professional services, SaaS, marketing/agency services) where brand and thought leadership directly tie to revenue.
Demonstrated success scaling marketing teams and functions, ideally across multiple geographies and through periods of high growth or M&A integration.
Revenue alignment experience in building marketing engines tied to measurable pipeline contribution, sales enablement, and account-based marketing.
External leadership experience such as representing the company with analysts, media, industry conferences, and client-facing thought leadership.
Strong Martech and analytics orientation, with familiarity overseeing platforms like Hubspot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and emerging AI/data-driven marketing tools.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States, Canada, or the UK without visa sponsorship.
Candidates will be required to work in EST hours.
