About the role
- Guide internal ServiceNow platform capability architects to strive for a healthy, manageable, and scalable platform architecture according to best practices
- Support service execution for Customer’s business applications operated on ServiceNow
- Architect enterprise-wide solutions, guide organization decisions following best practices and optimize the health of our ServiceNow solution
- Support enterprise strategy and plans value analysis of AS-IS and TO-BE scenarios instance strategies on user experience
- Support BASF in design and build scalable architecture
- Review and challenge technical solution designs of multiple teams/organizations/providers
- Guide on technical decisions following best practices (OOTB - out of the box)
- Review and challenge processes of Customer regarding ServiceNow best practices
- Drive ongoing platform health and upgradability
Requirements
- ServiceNow experience 10+ years
- Deep insights in ServiceNow products and roadmaps (HRSD, ITSM, CSM, ITOM and Platform)
- Wide technical and process-oriented knowledge of different ServiceNow modules
