About the role

  • Transforming our ecommerce retail experiences as well as designing tools our sellers need to maximize their sales.
  • Monitoring the health of their business while designing experiences that shape, modernize, and lift engagement leveraging industry best practices.
  • Contributing to designing and transforming our digital ecommerce stores, combining deep user empathy with strategic business thinking.
  • Working closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to craft seamless and engaging customer journeys from product pages to checkout.

Requirements

  • 5 plus years of experience in UI/UX Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce or retail projects.
  • Deep understanding of online retail user behavior, conversion optimization, and digital merchandising.
  • Mastery of design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.) and prototyping platforms.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment across marketing, engineering, and business teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in presenting design solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX process research, wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final UI with measurable outcomes (conversion, engagement, etc.).
  • Solid grasp of responsive and accessible design for e-commerce.
  • Exposure to e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.) or experience working with cross-sell, up-sell, and personalized merchandising solutions is a plus.
  • Experience with retail platforms (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and integrations.
