About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute communications aligned to the overall change strategy
- Create audience-specific content, including announcements, release updates, FAQs, presentations, newsletters, and leadership messaging
- Manage communication schedules and coordinate release communications
- Support employee engagement and feedback activities
- Partner with the Senior Training Specialist to develop training materials, job aids, and learning resources
- Support instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training delivery
- Coordinate training logistics, tracking, and reporting
- Support post-training reinforcement and knowledge retention activities
- Support readiness and adoption efforts through communications and learning initiatives
- Assist with post-go-live communications and hypercare activities
- Maintain communication and training plans, project documentation, and status reporting
- Partner with business, product, and technology teams to support successful adoption
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of experience in Communications, Training, Change Management, Learning & Development, or Organizational Effectiveness
- Strong writing, presentation, facilitation, and content development skills
- Experience supporting technology or business transformation initiatives
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Copilot
- Insurance industry and/or Guidewire experience preferred
- Experience leveraging AI tools to create communications, develop training materials, summarize information, automate administrative tasks, and improve delivery efficiency
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, engaging communications and learning experiences
- US Work Authorization required
