Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with business leaders to understand current and future talent needs
Serve as a market-facing talent acquisition advisor
Build and maintain strong external relationships across the E&S market
Develop targeted sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for critical roles
Provide market intelligence, talent mapping, and recommendations
Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles
Track and analyze recruiting activity and pipeline health
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, executive search, underwriting, or recruiting
Strong understanding of the E&S insurance market
Strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills
Experience using applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and data for recruiting strategies
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple searches and stakeholders
