Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a portfolio of accounts in order to minimize the risk of bad debt exposure to the company.
Responsible for account follow-up for all assigned agents, brokers, and customers.
Resolve billing problems, answering inquiries, and setting up financial arrangements as needed.
Use collection techniques to keep accounts receivable current including monitoring for delinquent payments.
Contact agents and customers to negotiate mutually acceptable resolutions to their delinquencies.
Focus on loss prevention, delinquency minimization, collections productivity and customer service.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma required; some college preferred.
General accounts receivable knowledge with a minimum of 1-year accounts receivable experience preferred.
